Cancellation Policy

At VL Viennese Limousines e.U., we strive to offer flexibility and excellent service to our valued customers. To maintain the quality of our service, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1- Cancellations Made 24 Hours or More in Advance Clients may cancel their limousine booking without incurring any charges, provided the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.

2- Same-Day Cancellations Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.

3- Cancellations Made Within 2 Hours of the Scheduled Service Any cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled start of the service will be considered as last-minute cancellations and will be fully charged.

We encourage clients to notify us of any changes to their bookings as early as possible to avoid cancellation fees and to allow us to accommodate other customers effectively.
